Job Description
Parsons is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager in managing small to medium-sized projects within a larger Army program. The role involves assisting with planning, directing, and controlling project execution, as well as leading transition activities and coordinating with Army stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of related work experience and a broad general technical and business background
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting Army programs that require hiring, CRC, and deploying for at least one (1) year OCONUS
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing Army programs or contracts
- Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet critical milestones and timelines
- Level III DAWIA Certification in Program Management, or the equivalent of a PMP Certification
