Commercial Litigation/Insolvency Solicitor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Solicitor to join our growing Commercial Litigation and Insolvency team. Watson Webb is an innovative and high-performing law firm based in Sydney’s CBD.

Requirements

• PQE of 0-3 years’ experience in commercial litigation and insolvency
• Demonstratable teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently
• Commercial nous and confidence in building solid relationships with clients to gain an intricate understanding of their business’ needs
• Excellent technical, analytical, communication and research skills to contribute to the delivery of commercially astute advice
• A strong attention to detail (including preparation of evidence, court documents and advice to client)
• Ability to brief, instruct and generally interact with counsel
