Job Description
Particle41 is seeking a talented and versatile Technical Project Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play the role of Scrum Master but work to understand the client’s product deeply, ensuring the successful execution of technical projects.
Requirements
- Master’s of Business Administration (MBA), or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with multinational teams.
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
