Job Description
Partly is a global platform for replacement parts, and they're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help drive their next major growth chapter by scaling their team from 100 to 500 to 1200+ people globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and building strong candidate relationships. Requirements
- Proven experience running end-to-end recruiting in fast-growth, high-bar environments
- Strong ability to source, engage, and close top talent across multiple functions
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organised and data-driven
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
- Skilled in modern recruiting tools and systems
- Strategic understanding of employer branding and talent marketing
- Awareness of fair hiring and inclusion best practices
