Partner One is seeking a M&A Associate to support activities related to research, evaluation, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions in the software industry.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Academic solid performance in a top-tier university
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - an asset
• Professional maturity and ease in interactions with C-level executives
• Proactive, motivated, autonomous individual with excellent sales and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and mastery of financial modeling
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of software companies and the software M&A transaction process
• Strong analytical skills, pattern recognition, and advanced Excel mastery
