Registered Nurse - Part-time

Partners Community Health (PCH) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time position to support residents in their long-term care homes and community hub in Mississauga and West Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience in a long-term care facility, knowledge of gerontology, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Current certification of competence of the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Medication Certificate which meets the College of Nurses Standards of Practice
• One year experience in a long-term care facility with knowledge and interest in gerontology
• Members R.N.A.O./Gerontological Nursing Association preferred
• Applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check & two-step TB test (within last 6-months)
