Registered Nurse (RN) | Part-Time | Evening

Partners Community Health (PCH) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents in its long-term care homes. The RN will provide care, coordinate medication, and promote a resident-centered approach.

Requirements

• Post-graduate studies in Geriatrics and Nursing Administration are an asset
• Current certification of competence of the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Medication Certificate which meets the College of Nurses Standards of Practice
• One year experience in a long-term care facility with knowledge and interest in gerontology
