Job Description
Partners Community Health (PCH) is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support residents in their long-term care homes. The RPN will be responsible for providing nursing care, promoting the PCH's philosophy of care, and participating in the Home Area programs.
Requirements
- Member of CNO with Active RPN License
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Completed 2-Step TB Test
- Must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays
Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $33.00/hour - $35.00/hour
