Job Description
The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides client care in the client’s own home, conducting physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, and education to individuals and families.
Requirements
- License as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Clinical practice experience is an asset
- Experience in community health is an asset
- Personal vehicle and possession of a current driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
