Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides client care in client's own home, provides physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, and counseling to individuals and families. Responsible for the provision and management of client and family-centered, evidence-based, efficient nursing care.

Requirements

• License as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
• Clinical practice experience is an asset
• Experience in community health is an asset
