Investment Funds Lawyer

We are looking for an investment funds lawyer with experience establishing private funds and negotiating related documentation to join our Structuring Solutions team in Broomfield, MI. This individual would contribute to client offerings, focusing on commingled funds, funds-of-one, evergreen private funds and other products for our clients in the Americas.

Requirements

• Efficiently managing the design, development, and implementation of innovative structuring solutions in the Americas and beyond
• Draft and lead agreement negotiations with partners and investors
• Ensuring compliance with applicable securities laws
