Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC and residential appliance parts, we value safety, integrity, passion, courage, innovation, and community. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to multi-task and analyze data. The role involves assisting our Part Experts with customer issues, managing customer portals, and delivering exceptional customer service through emails.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and analyze data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work M-F from 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed
