Job Description
As the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC and residential appliance parts, we are seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to design, implement, and operate data governance processes and master data solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate blends business acumen with technical depth and can partner with data engineering, security, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, well-governed data at scale.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
- Hands-on experience with GCP data ecosystem: BigQuery, Dataplex, Data Catalog, IAM.
- Strong understanding of data quality techniques: profiling, rules, thresholds, remediation workflows.
- Demonstrated experience defining data standards, business glossary, and metadata models.
- Experience with MDM platforms or custom MDM implementations.
- Experience with Data Governance tools: Dataplex, Collibra, Alation, Informatica.
- Proficient in SQL; familiarity with Python or data pipeline tooling a plus.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
