As the Supervisor, Customer Solutions, you will shape the experience of each Parts Town customer, manage the daily workflow of Customer Solutions Specialists, and support internal team members in their growth and development. You will also evaluate and improve existing processes, collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments, and think outside the box to innovate and satisfy customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of mentorship, Team Lead, or Supervisor experience (preferably in a customer service role)
- Stellar organizational skills and intermediate computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing, positive, team-spirited personality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
- High-speed internet connection at home
