As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Parts Town, you will be responsible for building world-class teams and delivering the best candidate experience. You will manage the high-volume recruiting process, including job description development, candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, and job offers. You will partner with a fun and passionate recruiting team to deliver the best candidate experience in every effort.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Genius-level knowledge of original equipment manufacturer parts is not required, but a passion for recruitment is
- Organized and thrive in a fast-paced, startup atmosphere
- Prioritize work and time across projects seamlessly to optimize results
- Love building candidate pipelines with innovative sourcing and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with various hiring managers and are a flexible team player with a positive, uplifting attitude
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
