Job Description
Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) to provide direct care services and support to children with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting. The TSS will work to empower individuals to live successfully in the community, assisting with daily living activities, social and recreational activities, and providing transportation to work and community activities.
Requirements
- Provide direct care services and specialized care in daily living, social and recreational activities.
- Assist and encourage individuals to engage in various activities in the home and community.
- Observe individualsâ behaviors and changes in physical condition, utilize prescribed strategies to assist the individual, and document and report accordingly.
