Account Manager, SMB/Mid-Market(Future Opportunity)

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead customer and partner engagement strategy across the globe, managing a robust portfolio of 700+ existing customers and a large pipeline of active leads. The role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth and retention, and will be accountable for both revenue growth and retention, working closely with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer and reporting to a Europe-based leader.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B software sales, ideally focused on SMB/Mid-Market
• Demonstrated ability to own complex customer relationships end-to-end and deliver measurable business results
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, renewal, and expansion targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A growth mindset; open to feedback, quick to adapt, and always looking to improve
• Operational excellence in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales practices
