Job Description
PATH is seeking a Substance Use Specialist to join their Metro Rail Outreach Team. The Specialist will participate in daily street outreach to homeless clients on the MTA system in Los Angeles and provide interventions to link clients to long-term housing, health, mental health, and other supportive services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Certification in substance use counseling (e.g., CATC, SUDCC, CADC).
- Two (2) years of experience working directly with substance use services.
- Employment eligibility verification.
- CPR/First Aid training.
- Background Screening.
