Job Description
Pathfinder is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to lead self-directed lives. DSPs provide high-quality support, foster community engagement, address health and safety concerns, and advocate for the rights of individuals with disabilities. The position involves daily living skills training, community involvement, and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
