Job Description
Pathfinder is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide high-quality support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. DSPs offer daily living support, community engagement, health and safety, advocacy, and individualized support plans. Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Basic communication and computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle and safe driving record
- Ability to communicate in English
