Requirements
- Define and own product strategy and roadmap for payments and sponsorship platforms aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from opportunity identification and business case development through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Partner closely with risk, compliance, operations, engineering and external partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant payment solutions.
- Translate regulatory requirements, network rules, and market dynamics into clear product direction and prioritization.
- Drive stakeholder alignment through clear communication of product vision, trade-offs, and outcomes at both working and executive levels.
- Track product performance using defined KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and investment decisions.
