Geriatric Nurse Practitioner - (Edmonds-Bothell Area)

Pathway Geriatrics is a nurse practitioner-owned medical practice that provides in-home palliative primary care services for homebound older adults. We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to serve as a palliative primary care provider in the Edmonds/Lynnwood/Bothell region.

Requirements

• Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in palliative care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with complex and ambiguous situations
