Job Description
Pathways Hospice has an immediate opening for a Clinical Manager for the Admissions and After Hours team. The Clinical Manager will oversee all aspects of patient and family services provided in outpatient and/or inpatient facility areas, including management and supervision of the team, EMR documentation, and ensuring quality measures are met.
Requirements
- RN license required
- Bachelor's degree in health care, business or related field
- Three (3) years of responsible supervisor experience in healthcare (hospice experience preferred)
- Current Colorado RN license
- Automobile insurance
- Current CPR certification
