Clinical Manager

The Denver Hospice has an immediate opening for a Clinical Manager overseeing the LTC Team. The Clinical Manager will oversee a dedicated clinical team supporting contracted facility partners, responsible for all aspects of the overall management, supervision, and coordination of services provided in outpatient and/or inpatient facility areas.

Requirements

• Prior leadership or clinical experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, long-term care, or hospital settings preferred
• Experience serving as a primary liaison between organizations or departments
• Experience supporting referral growth, admissions, or service line expansion
• Familiarity with hospice regulations in facility-based care and survey processes
