Master’s degree in social work, 1 year of experience in healthcare, and LCSW licensure
RN - Day Shift
Bachelor's degree in nursing; 1-2 years of experience in hospice/palliative care/home health
RN Nights Inpatient Care Center
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; 1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care; current Colorado RN license
RN PRN Days - Inpatient Care Center
BSN preferred. 1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care, medical/surgical, public health, oncology, acute care or home health. Current Colorado RN license. Valid Colorado state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Weekend RN - After Hours
BSN, 1-2 years of experience in hospice or palliative care, current RN license
RN Case Manager - Hospice
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; 1-2 years of experience in hospice/palliative care/home health, medical surgical, public health, oncology, acute care or home health; Consider new grads
RN - Admissions
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; 1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care; current Colorado RN licensure
Clinical Liaison - RN License Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, 1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care, current Colorado RN licensure
Admissions Coordinator I
High school diploma required, 1 year of clerical/customer service experience (in a healthcare environment preferred), and ability to lift/carry 30 lbs
