RN with 1-2 years of experience in hospice, palliative care, or similar fields, BSN degree, and valid Colorado RN license
Admissions Coordinator I
High school diploma, one year clerical/customer service experience, ability to lift/carry 30 lbs
Clinical Manager
Three years of responsible supervisor experience in healthcare (hospice experience preferred). Bachelor’s degree in health care, business or related field
RN Case Manager - Hospice
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, 1-2 years of experience in hospice/palliative care/home health, and current Colorado RN license
RN Nights Inpatient Care Center
1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care, RN license, and CPR certification required
RN PRN Nights - Inpatient Care Center
BSN or equivalent, 1-2 years experience in hospice and/or palliative care
Community Liaison (North Territory)
High school diploma, 4-5 years of experience, and a valid Colorado driver's license
Central Supply Coordinator
High school diploma, 2 years of experience in a medical setting, ability to lift 30 lbs
RN PRN Days - Inpatient Care Center
BSN preferred, 1-2 years of experience, current RN license, and CPR certification required
Patient Team Assistant (LPN)
