Job Description
The Denver Hospice has an immediate opening for a Social Worker - LCSW with an immediate opening in the Denver Metro area. The job involves providing clinical psychosocial support to patients and families, working collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team, and advocating for patients and families. Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work from an accredited school of Social Work
- One (1) year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
- Current Colorado Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW
- Valid Colorado state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
