Job Description
The Denver Hospice is seeking a Clinical Liaison to act as a liaison with hospitals, facilities, and physicians to promote communication and position the affiliate as a premier high-quality hospice and palliative care provider.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care, medical/surgical, public health, oncology, acute care or home health.
- Current Colorado RN licensure.
- Valid Colorado State driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification (for Pathways, The Denver Hospice and Pikes Peak affiliates).
