Pathways To Community is seeking a Residential Services Manager to act as a Designated Coordinator, overseeing three programs licensed under 245D.
Requirements
- Meets Designated Coordinator (DC) qualifications per MN Statute 245D.
- Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
- Hold an acceptable driving record.
- Commit to a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings and weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- Ability to cover shifts and be available by phone 24/7.
- Ability to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
