Change Enablement Consultant is a hands-on practitioner responsible for creating and executing communications and training that drives adoption of strategic initiatives. This role focuses on building practical deliverables—communications plans and assets, training plans, job aids, and readiness/adoption tracking tools—and delivering them through coordinated change activities (e.g., announcements, leader messaging, enablement sessions, and office hours).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in change management, organizational readiness, transformation, or related roles
- Proven experience creating communications and training plans, drafting and delivering change communications, and developing training/enablement materials
- Experience supporting technology-enabled rollouts, including go-live readiness activities, hypercare/reinforcement, and adoption tracking
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; comfortable coordinating with PMO, IT, HR/L&D, and Communications to deliver change activities on schedule
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) governance, adoption, or end-user enablement
