Job Description
The Program Specialist will oversee administrative and programmatic tasks, supervise site supervisors, and coordinate individual program plans for Residential Habilitation Services programs.
Requirements
- Master's Degree with 1 year of experience working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities
- Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities
- PA Certified Investigator certification
- Valid PA driver's license
- Good driving record
- Willingness to travel
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential habilitation services (preferred)
