Job Description
Two Cities Church Residency is a two-year leadership track for vocational ministry. Residents will lead in core ministry tracks, earn a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, and gain real-world experience. The position is a 40-hour a week job, with 2 days off per week.
Requirements
- Eligible for employment in the US
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Holistic clarity about how the Lord has equipped them for ministry
