Two Cities Church Residency | Seminary

The Two Cities Residency is a two-year leadership track designed to provide an open door into vocational ministry. Residents will gain hands-on experience and professional mentorship while leading in one of our core ministry tracks. The residency includes fully-funded academic pathways for residents to earn a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Requirements

• Eligibility for employment in the US
• 40 hours per week commitment
• 2 days off per week for rest
