Sales Development Representative (Law Graduates)

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in London. As a recent graduate in Life Sciences/Legal or a related field, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth within our Life Sciences vertical. This is a high-performance sales role with uncapped earning potential, and we're looking for someone who is motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Life Sciences/Legal or a related field
• Motivated by earning potential with a strong drive to succeed in an uncapped commission environment
• Confident and proactive, comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people
• Resilient and target-driven, with the ability to bounce back and stay motivated in a high-performance sales environment
• Strong communicator, able to translate complex scientific ideas into clear, compelling value
• Curious and coachable, eager to learn and continuously improve
• Highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage your time and pipeline effectively
