We are looking for an Ecommerce Director to join our European Team in London to support the scaling of the business by driving the performance of the brands we represent on Amazon and other Marketplaces.
Requirements
- Proven commercial leadership experience working within an ecommerce business, with prior marketplace experience preferable but not required.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams to achieve business goals.
- Ability to provide clear direction, foster collaboration, manage performance, and support professional growth.
- Analytical and able to make sense of data and complexity.
- Can influence externally and internally to achieve common goals.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment by pivoting priorities.
- A proactive nature, problem and innovative solver.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills to prioritise workloads effectively.
