We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee human resources operations and deliver an exceptional employee experience while handling strategic recruiting initiatives. The role will be based in our Melbourne, Australia office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong HR management experience and knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
- Knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and payroll processes
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and strategic decision-making skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
