Pattern is seeking a results-driven Manager of Strategy to serve as an execution partner and support to the Chief Growth Officer & Chief of Staff, operationalizing strategic direction and executing high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that advance Pattern’s long-term growth objectives.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, commercial operations, corporate development, program leadership, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in fast-growth or complex organizations.
- Advanced PowerPoint / executive presentation expertise with a strong track record of building board-level and external-facing materials.
- Familiarity with project management tools and structured delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting annual planning, OKRs, and/or enterprise or commercial operating rhythms.
- Highly organized with exceptional ability to manage multiple parallel work streams.
- Working M&A and post-merger integration experience with hands-on execution responsibility.
- Working knowledge of core P&L concepts.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Comfortable operating independently with limited structure while maintaining tight coordination with leadership.
