Director of Strategy

We are looking for a results-driven Director of Strategy to join our team. As a Director of Strategy, you will serve as an execution partner and support to the Chief Growth Officer & Chief of Staff, operationalizing strategic direction and executing high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that advance Pattern's long-term growth objectives.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, commercial operations, corporate development, program leadership, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in fast-growth or complex organizations.
• Advanced PowerPoint / executive presentation expertise with a strong track record of building board-level and external-facing materials.
• Familiarity with project management tools and structured delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting annual planning, OKRs, and/or enterprise or commercial operating rhythms.
• Highly organized with exceptional ability to manage multiple parallel work streams.
• Working M&A and post-merger integration experience with hands-on execution responsibility.
• Working knowledge of core P&L concepts.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Comfortable operating independently with limited structure while maintaining tight coordination with leadership.
