Requirements

• Oversee construction project from start to finish
• Perform project planning, budgeting, and resource identification
• Maintain budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards
• Issue purchase orders and work orders to subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Communicate with associates and provide project updates
• Procure project permits, verify subcontractor permits, and order materials
• Prepare project schedules, review accuracy of job cost invoices, and oversee project closeout
• Communicate schedules and updates with property owner regularly
