Job Description
The Job Captain/Jr. Project Manager will work collaboratively with Firm's Principal and Senior Staff to design spaces in accordance with architectural standards and sound design principles while meeting both client and company expectations in terms of design appearance, functionality, budget, and timelines.
Requirements
- Relies upon knowledge acquired through a professional degree program and prior experience to design a variety of spaces
- Manages pre-project services, building documentation and measurement, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, bidding and negotiation, and/or construction management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organization skills and responsiveness to client and management needs
- Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT, Rhino and Sketch-UP
