Job Description
Paul Lukez Architecture is seeking a Sr. Project Manager and Architect to join its firm. The ideal candidate has a love for the craft of building and bringing poetic expression to finely detailed projects while respecting client’s budgets, schedules and project parameters.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of client projects throughout the five design phases including DD-CA A
- Develop and maintain positive client relations
- Lead and mentor a small team of junior PM’s and related staff
- Represent the firm’s services and customer success stories at conferences and industry events
- Proactive obtaining of approvals for additions to scope of work and influence clients to approve and process payables for our services
