Supply Planner

We're looking for a Supply Planner to manage short-term packaging and raw material planning, ensuring production runs smoothly and products reach their destinations on time. The role involves creating procurement schedules, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and production teams.

Requirements

• Create and maintain procurement schedules based on production plans, master plans, and established pull signals (MRP and reorder point planning).
• Ensure target stock levels in warehouses by timely placing purchase orders and, if needed, managing stock transfers between Paulig sites.
• Guarantee the consistent supply of materials needed for production.
• Schedule and oversee the delivery of materials and products to the right place at the right time.
• Proactively manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Analyze changing material demand patterns to anticipate supply needs.
• Maximize truck loading efficiency while following defined loading rules.
• Maintain open communication with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless exchange of information.
• Regularly evaluate and update planning parameters and master data to optimize system-supported material planning.
