Veterinary Receptionist

Receptionist needed for a veterinary front desk position with a 4-day workweek, including every Saturday. Must have previous experience in a veterinary office and basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures. Salary: $18 - $22 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a veterinary office is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
• Comfort discussing sensitive topics (e.g., end-of-life care, financial discussions) with empathy
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor
• Professional phone presence and polished client-facing communication skills
