Accounting Manager

We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, and core accounting operations across complex client accounts. This is a hands-on role that requires strong financial understanding, accrual-based accounting expertise, and the ability to handle complex accounting structures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong experience with accrual accounting / GAAP financials (not just cash-based accounting)
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-location, or multi-segment businesses
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (and/or Desktop/Enterprise)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Tables)
• Experience processing payroll using systems such as Gusto (or similar)
• Experience with U.S. sales tax filings
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
