Accounting Manager

We are hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, payroll, and core accounting operations across complex client accounts. This is a remote full-time position with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong experience with accrual accounting, GAAP financial reporting, and month-end close
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-location, or multi-segment accounting environments
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or QuickBooks Enterprise
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Tables
• Experience processing payroll through Gusto or similar platforms
• Experience handling U.S. sales tax filings
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
