Job Description
Our client is seeking a Compliance Officer to design, oversee, and continuously improve compliance programs that ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Draft, update, and enforce compliance policies across departments
- Conduct risk assessments across business units
- Implement compliance monitoring programs and conduct regular internal audits
- Ensure adherence to frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or industry-specific regulations
- Deliver compliance dashboards, monthly/quarterly reports, and risk summaries to executives and boards
- Partner with finance, legal, HR, and IT to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes
