Our client is seeking a Compliance Officer to design, oversee, and continuously improve compliance programs that ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Draft, update, and enforce compliance policies across departments (finance, HR, IT, operations).
- Conduct risk assessments across business units.
- Implement compliance monitoring programs and conduct regular internal audits.
- Ensure adherence to frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or industry-specific regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on compliance obligations, code of conduct, and regulatory updates.
- Conduct internal investigations into compliance issues.
- Deliver compliance dashboards, monthly/quarterly reports, and risk summaries to executives and boards.
- Partner with finance, legal, HR, and IT to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes.
