HR Specialist

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to support core HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HRIS management, payroll support, compliance tracking, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable balancing empathy with compliance in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or people operations
• Experience working with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, or Zenefits
• Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance and HR best practices
• Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
