Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing systems that drive pipeline growth, lead conversion, and operational efficiency. Hands-on execution role focused on email automation, nurture workflows, lead scoring, CRM automation, campaign performance, and marketing and sales alignment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar marketing automation platforms
• Experience building workflows, lead scoring systems, nurture sequences, and automated campaigns
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing funnels, lead attribution, and automation logic
