Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot, Marketo & CRM Automation) – Remote | U.S. Hours Marketing Automation Specialist needed to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing systems that drive pipeline growth, lead conversion, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience building workflows, lead scoring systems, nurture sequences, and automated campaigns
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing funnels, lead attribution, automation logic, and email compliance
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and strong written English communication
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously
• Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar marketing automation platforms
