Marketing Automation Specialist

We’re hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing campaigns, email workflows, and lead generation systems. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll own marketing automation workflows, lead scoring & segmentation, email campaign performance, and CRM alignment with sales.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
• Hands-on experience with workflow building, lead scoring, and email campaigns
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (segmentation, reporting)
• Understanding of email deliverability, data privacy & compliance
• Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline
